You can submit basic worker information on behalf of your employees to initiate a mass claim. You can submit a mass claim up to seven days after a layoff occurs.
You must sign up for Employer Benefits Services (EBS) to submit a Mass Claims Request. If you encounter any problems and are unable to submit your request using the EBS portal, please email ui.massclaims@twc.texas.gov with a description of your problem. Our mass claims department will contact you to determine what action is needed.
Employees whose employer filed a mass claim on their behalf must complete their claim by requesting payment on their scheduled day. They must request payment within 28 days of the employer filing the mass claim.
