The EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) Compliance Monitor is responsible for performing reviews of the personnel policies and procedure systems of state agencies and institutes of higher learning.
They also conduct annual reviews of state agency EEO policies and publish the Annual EEO and Minority Hiring Report. Additionally, the EEO Compliance Monitor helps the Outreach, Compliance and Resolution team and the Civil Rights Division by reviewing training programs, employment and housing policies, and conducting training sessions.
