What should I tell my employer if they receive a claim notice for a fraudulent claim I did not file?

Your employer must follow the instructions for responding to the notice. The notice is called "Notice of Application for Unemployment Benefits".

Your employer must respond to TWC and indicate the claim was filed by someone claiming to be you.
