- Photo ID (Government-issued driver’s license, state ID, passport, or passport card).
- Selfie (Photo of yourself that matches your photo ID).
- Financial and utility records (e.g., credit bureaus and mobile telecom providers).
You might not be able to have your identity verified using the self-service webpage if:
- The photos of your photo ID or personal photo (selfie) are blurry or shadowed.
- You have credit issues (e.g., no credit, frozen credit, or incorrect/outdated information).
- The phone number you submit is not associated with your name.
