Identity verification with ID.me is a one-time event and can be completed on a device that you borrow from a friend or family member or one that is available at a public location, like your local Workforce Solutions office or a library.
When using a borrowed device, you may need to verify your identity over a video call with an ID.me employee.
You will be given the option to “Verify identity on a video call” after your third failed self-service attempt.
