If a “No Cause” recommendation is made and management approves, your investigator will contact you to discuss the decision.
At this time you will be provided an opportunity to provide a rebuttal statement.
If there is still no evidence that could change the recommendation, the case will be closed as a “No Cause.” You will receive notification through DocuSign.
Please note that a “No Cause” finding means there is not enough evidence to prove discrimination occurred.
