The Texas Payday Law does not define nor enforce conditions of termination. If you believe you were terminated for a reason which could possibly be determined as discrimination (i.e., based on a protected class such as race, age, national origin, or sex), you can contact the Civil Rights Division Employment Discrimination Department at eeointake@twc.texas.gov.
However, if the conditions of termination were not discriminatory, you may want to consult with an attorney to determine if you have any legal recourse.
